Menopause at Work
Supporting your people through one of life's most significant transitions.
Over 13 million women in the UK are currently peri- or post-menopausal. For many, the workplace becomes a place of hidden struggle — affecting performance, confidence and mental health. Our Menopause at Work programme gives individuals the knowledge and strategies they need, and gives organisations the tools to create a genuinely supportive culture.

What participants & organisations will achieve

Our Menopause at Work programme works at two levels — empowering individuals with evidence-based strategies to manage their symptoms, and equipping organisations to create the culture and policies that make a real difference.

Understand the science of perimenopause and menopause
Manage symptoms through nutrition, sleep and lifestyle
Reduce anxiety, brain fog and fatigue at work
Improve confidence and self-efficacy
Create a menopause-supportive workplace policy
Train managers to have supportive conversations
Reduce menopause-related absence and attrition
Meet legal obligations under the Equality Act
For women in the workplace & the organisations that employ them

This programme is designed for two audiences: women who are experiencing perimenopause or menopause and want practical, science-based support; and HR leaders, managers and organisations who want to understand how to support their people effectively and meet their duty of care.

Delivered by Jeannette Jackson, Nutritional Biochemist and women's health specialist, the programme combines the latest hormonal science with practical nutrition, lifestyle and workplace strategies.

Available as a standalone talk, a half-day workshop for affected individuals, a manager training session, or a full organisational audit and policy development service.

Why menopause is a business issue
The talent crisis
Women aged 45–55 are the fastest-growing workplace demographic. Many are at the peak of their careers — and menopause is one of the leading causes of this cohort leaving the workforce entirely.
Cognitive impact
Brain fog, memory difficulties and reduced concentration are among the most reported menopausal symptoms. Without support, these symptoms directly affect performance, confidence and career progression.
Legal risk
Menopause is now recognised as a protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010. Organisations that fail to make reasonable adjustments face increasing tribunal claims and reputational risk.
The retention ROI
Research shows that organisations with menopause-supportive policies see significantly lower absence rates, higher retention among senior women and measurably improved morale across all genders.
