Stress Management
Understand stress. Control your response. Perform under pressure.
Stress is not the enemy — unmanaged stress is. Our Stress Management programmes are grounded in 25 years of applied stress physiology research and give individuals and teams the science-based tools they need to recognise, regulate and respond to stress more effectively — at work and beyond.

Whether you're a leader managing competing demands, a team operating in a high-pressure environment, or an organisation seeing rising absence and attrition, our Stress Management programmes are designed to create real, measurable change.

Delivered by Jeannette Jackson and her team of expert coaches, every programme combines the neuroscience of stress with practical nutrition, lifestyle and behavioural strategies — tailored to your specific context.

Available as a keynote talk, half-day workshop, multi-session programme or ongoing consultancy. Can be combined with our Resilience, Mental Health or Burnout programmes for maximum impact.

The cortisol cascade
Chronic stress floods the body with cortisol — impairing memory, suppressing immune function, disrupting sleep and accelerating cellular ageing. Managing stress at a biological level is not optional; it's essential.
Performance under pressure
The Yerkes-Dodson law shows there is an optimal stress zone for peak performance. Too little and people disengage; too much and performance collapses. Our programmes help individuals find and sustain their optimal zone.
Organisational cost
Stress is the number one cause of long-term absence in the UK. HSE figures show 17.1 million working days are lost to stress annually — at a cost of £28 billion to UK businesses. Prevention is dramatically cheaper than cure.
Nutrition & stress biology
Stress depletes magnesium, zinc, B vitamins and vitamin C — all critical for the stress response. Addressing nutritional deficiencies is one of the most overlooked and highest-impact stress management interventions available.
